The trading center is a logical grouping of all the tabs that are relevant to trading. This grouping can be defined and customized according to your preferences and does not need to look exactly like the example below:
Tab
Meaning
Order manager
Contains all currently active or already executed orders.
Trades
contains the individual trading decisions made in various time frames. Positions may be displayed differently if opposite positions are existent. In the above example, Positions tab and Trades tab contain the same information because there are no counter positions.
Part-Trades
Separates trade fragments, e.g. from entry to target 1.
Executions
Displays the order executions (as well as partial executions).
Account
Shows detailed account information associated with the currently connected broker.
The time range filter (within the Order manager/Positions manager/Trades manager/Part trades manager/Executions tabs) With the help of this filter you can display the corresponding entries for a specified time interval. You also may choose user account. Currently running positions (open positions/trades/...) will always be displayed regardless of your filter settings.
Context menu functions
Right click within the tab column to access the following options:
Sort Ascending: sorts in ascending order
Sort Descending: sorts in descending order
Best Fit: adjusts column width of the selected column
Best Fit All: adjusts column width of all columns
Choose Columns: select the columns to be displayed
The order manager is divided into two sections: the order list and the order pad.
The order list contains all active and inactive orders (deleted, executed, etc.) with the following information:

Date/time when quantity or price were last changed
Name
Name of the order e.g. entry scenario, stop method, target level

Time frame if the order was placed as part of a strategy

Direct, synthetic, dynamic order
State
Status of the order (depends on the broker): undetermined, partially filled, filled, rejected, deleted, etc.

Units of instruments ordered
Price
Price level at which the order was placed
Stop Price
If the type of order is StopLimit, then stop price will activate the limit order
AvgFillPrice
The "fill" price (execution price) for different executions of the order
Account
The account to which the order is assigned
Tif
Operating time for the order (time in force)
Gtd
Date of expiry ("good till day/date")
OCO
Shows if the order is part of an OCO connection
ORO
Shows if the order is part of an ORO connection
IfDone
Shows if the order is part of an IfDone connection
Cancel
Deletes the order
With a double mouse click on splitter bar you may open chart where selected order was running:
The Context menu of the order list includes the following options:
Replace order: applies the entered order data from the order list to the order pad. You can change the parameters and activate them by clicking the Replace button. Click the Cancel button to revert to the original settings.
Cancel Order: deletes the selected order
Cancel All Orders: deletes all active orders
Show execution list: displays the execution list for orders
Active Orders Only: displays only active orders
Create OCO Group: creates an OCO connection between two orders
Create ORO Group: creates an ORO connection between two orders
Create IfDone Group: creates an IfDone connection between two orders
Remove OCO: deletes the OCO connection but not the orders
Remove ORO: deletes the ORO connection but not the orders
Remove IfDone: deletes the IfDone connection but not the orders
Export to MS Excel: exports entry into a CSV file
Connect with Chart: connects the order manager with a single chart or single chart group

The Trades tab displays all currently running and closed positions.

The exchange for the traded instrument

The instrument type (currency, stocks, futures, etc.)

The full instrument name
Symbol
The market symbol for an instrument
Direction
Long or short position
Time Frame
Time frame in which the trade was opened

The date and time of the entry order
Entry Reason
The reason for the entry (i.e. for for strategies)
Entry Price
The price of the entry order
Entry Average Price
The average price of all executed entry orders for a specific instrument
Quantity
The volume of the position
Current Value
The current value of the trade (calculated as quantity times entry avgPrice)
Last Change
The date and time of the last order execution for a specific instrument
Exit Reason
The reason for exit: manually closed, target, stop, etc.
Exit Price
The price of the exit order of the position
Exit Average Price
The average price of all executed exit orders for a specific instrument
Volume Closed
Closed volume of the position
Exit Currency
P&L currency (see settings for PL currency in the Global Configuration)
Opened P&L
The profit/loss of the trade
Closed P&L
The realized profit/loss of the trade
Commission
Commissions for the executed trades (based on the sum of partial trade commissions)
Comment
The cell in which you can enter a comment or add a picture (double-clicking will open an Editor)
Snapshot
AgenaTrader can save not only trading data but also various charts within different time frames. In the evaluation list you will find a link to this image. The template to be used for the snapshot can be selected in the Global Configuration tabs Global Configuration: Chart.
With a double mouse click on splitter bar you may open chart where selected trade was running:
You may add or change columns. Richt click on a column->Choose Columns
The trades manager context menu includes the following options:
Show PL percent: shows the profit/loss in percent
Show executions list: opens the executions popup and shows all conducted executions for this position
Show partial trades: opens the partial trades popup and shows all partial trades
Edit comment: opens the Editor
Active Trades Only: if activated only active trades are displayed if not all trades will be visible.
Assign Time Frame: assigns a time frame to the entry order. If no time frame has been assigned within the order list or the trade was opened outside of a chart, then the trade can not be started with AgenaTrader++ (see settings in the Setup Builder). Using this option you can assign a time frame to the trade, but the time frame for trading in AgenaTrader++ cannot be changed.
Start AgenaTrader++ plusplus for trade: if the trade has been opened within the 3rd Level Box or the order list, for example, then it cannot be started afterwards in AgenaTrader++. You can only start it in AgenaTrader++ if you have assigned a time frame to it.
Close trade: closes the trade.
Export to MS Excel: exports the trades list to a CSV file.
Create New Instrument List: creates an instrument list from the instruments included in the tab.
Replace Instrument List: replaces a created instrument list with another available list.
Connect with chart: selecting this functionality allows you to drag a single chart or single chart group with the mouse. This will change the mouse indicator into a rectangle with an arrow. If you now click on the chart, the rows of the position manager will be linked to this chart (single chart or single chart group). After clicking through the instruments in the Strategy Escort, only the appropriate chart will now be loaded.
Edit: trade information can be edited manually to ensure a correct Trading Journal.
With Edit Trades function we created the possibility to edit each trade manually or even add new trades, orders and executions. As result the Trading Journal displays the final data compared to your trading account at the broker.
Description of buttons:
Add Trade State: is always active and a Trade can be added.
Add Order: becomes active if you click on Partial Trade since an order can only be part of a partial trade.
Add Execution: becomes active if you click on Order since an execution can only be part of an order.
The Edit button: becomes active with every item on the list.
The Remove button: becomes active with every item on the list.
First item: Edit Trade
Second item: Edit Trade State (Partial Trade)
Third item: Edit Order
Fourth item: Edit Execution
To link the Trades tab to a single chart, use one of the following methods:
right click within the Trades tab and select the Connect with Chart menu item, then move the mouse to the designated chart and click the left mouse button.
The linking of the Trades tab to a single chart group will be available in one of the next AgenaTrader versions.
If one or more targets are reached ("scale out"), these "part trades" will be displayed in the Part Trades list. The last part trade that completes the trade will also be displayed here.
Example: EURJPY
The trade will be shown in the Execution list in the following manner:
Buy 100K
Sell 25K
Sell 75K
In the Trades tab you can see a row corresponding to the complete trade:
The Part trade tab displays the first partial execution (1st part trade) and the second partial execution (2nd part trade):
1st part trade has a volume of 25K
2nd part trade has a volume of 75K (closes the trade)
The Partial trade tab columns contain the following information:

The filter located above the partial trade list allows you to define a date and account range for which you wish to see the partial trades. The default setting is always the current trading day.
All order executions are displayed in the Execution list.
This tab shows the following information:

The Account tab shows all currently active accounts.
This tab shows the following information:
Column

Broker/bank with which the account is located

Instrument type traded within the account
Currency
The account currency
Buying power
The leverage provided by your broker. Leverage means that the account value can be increased by the broker to up to 2x, 3x of the account's cash value.
Cash value
The currency amount you deposited in the account
Excess equity
The amount on account, which is available for openning new positions (without leverage)
Realized P&L
Includes the profit/loss realized in that account during the current day
The account list does not offer any further editing possibilities.
In order to open the Default Trading Accounts tab use one of the options:
Select Default Trading Accounts by using the Tools->Trading Information menu.
TheDefault Trading Accounts tab shows default trading account for each connection.

Default Trading Accounts tab does not offer any further editing possibilities.
In order to open the Order Log Tab select the Trading Information -> Open Orders Log option from the Tools. main menu.
This tool was integrated to increase trading efficiency by enabling you to gain quick access to the proper data for ordering in case special errors occur. This enables you to view these data in the Orders Log tab, export them into a CSV file and send the file to us for further monitoring.
left click on the button, then hold down the mouse button, move it into the chart and release the button.
Click the button to hide the filter box.
left click the symbol in the applications toolbar within the main window.
