Send a mapping request via InstrumentEditor

You can contact our mapping team directly to request the mapping for an instrument.

We are constantly extending the mappings in AgenaTrader and synchronizing updates. Yet it might happen that you are working in InstrumentEditor and find an instrument that doesn´t work correctly or is not mapped yet, we recommend to send a request to our mapping team.

You can send this message directly from the InstrumentEditor via the “Submit corrected mapping”-button.

The advantage over the regular support request is that all instrument properties are included in this message and that it is sent directly to the responsible department.
