Hardware and system requirements

Description of the problem

• AgenaTrader does not start or keeps crashing

• The loading times of the charts are too long

• My CPU and memory utilization are too high

• AgenaTrader freezes

Solution

The computer does not meet the minimum requirements needed by the software (AgenaTrader). To ensure that working with AgenaTrader is as easy and hassle-free as possible, however, certain requirements must be met, which can i.e. should be optimized by upgrading: AgenaTrader Basic and Andromeda - system requirements
